Combine International Halal Expertise with European Operational Excellence
On 18-19 june 2018, the Chair of Law and Religions Research Institute in Religions, Societies, Cultures, Spiritualities (RSCS) of Université Catholique de Louvain (UCL) organises the International Conference “Rethinking Halal : genealogy current trends and new interpretations” in Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium.
This academic conference seeks to find answers to new problems, arising from the need from States to regulate and legislate on Halal, creating legal and judicial conflicts, something never happened in the past.
is co-authoring a paper to be presented at this conference, focussing on the often unknown practical implications of small differences in Halal official and non-official regulations.
